The American Tomahawk Model 3 is a change of pace from both the Model 1 and 2, focusing more around a utilitarian hawk that can still be used in defensive roles. The Model 3 is topped with a bearded head profile meant for serious chopping, cutting, and utility needs! The forged head features a forward cutting edge with large beard and has a black powder coat finish. The bearded design means you can grab the handle right behind the blade for easier handling on finer work. The head is securely connected to a separate handle, for a light weight and traditional design that is easy to maintain. The Model 3 is designed to be small yet capable axe while still being light enough to lug around on foot day after day, but big enough to serve as your light weight axe/chopping/defensive tool.
