Shipping Policy

Monkey Edge ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. 99% of orders placed before 2PM AZ time ship same day. Any delays regarding your order such as chages may postpone shipment to a later date. 

Restricted Items Policies

Certain products offered on our website may be subject to legal restrictions depending on the destination country, state, or local jurisdiction. Monkey Edge does not offer, sell, or ship products to any location where such items are prohibited by law. 

To ensure compliance:

  • We implement geographic restrictions that limit visibility and/or purchase of certain products based on user location
  • Checkout is restricted for jurisdictions where products are not permitted
  • Orders that violate geographic or legal restrictions will be declined or canceled

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws and regulations related to the purchase and possession of products offered on our site. By placing an order, customers confirm that: They are legally permitted to purchase the item and that the item is legal in their jurisdiction

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Block transactions that appear to violate legal or compliance requirements
  • Limit sales to certain regions or customers

International Shipments

Monkey Edge does a high percentage of our business outside the US. If you have special shipping needs, please do not hesitate to contact us at service@monkeyedge.com

Customs/Import Duties

Monkey Edge will not pay any import duties, custom fees, tarrifs, etc. Any fees associated with receiving the shipment are the responsibility of the customer. 

Returned shipments that are refused due to import issues (refusing a package, illegal to import, failure to pay import fees, etc) will be refunded minus our shipping costs (return shipping is astronomically more expensive than outgoing shipping) and a 10% restocking fee.

Countries we will not ship to

As stated in our restricted items policy above, Monkey Edge will not ship any items to a juristiction where they are prohibited. If you receive an error message in your shopping cart that you are unable to check out due to an item in your cart, that indicates that item is restricted in your country. Many countries the laws are so rextrictive, we will not ship ANY items to. For example: the laws have gotten so restricive in the UK and Australia, that we will not ship ANY packages to those and many other countries. 

Please note: that all prices are subject to change, and some areas will require further fee's when the carrier calculates final rate at time of shipping. Actual final calculated packages may necessitate changing the shipping method.

Problems with a shipment

Monkey Edge packs em up and ships em out. Missed tracking scans, late deliveries, damaged boxes, are all a reality in todays shipping enviroment. We belive in "The Two C's": Communication and Cool when dealing with shipping SNAFUs. If there appears to be an issue with your shipment, it is ususally best resolved between you and the carrier. Particuarly US Postal Service. We have had much better luck when the customer calls their local post office when there is an issue. That being said, we want you to get your gear and be stoked. We stand ready to do whatever is in our power to make that happen. Just communicate with us and be cool. We are here to help and freaking out at us for a carrier screw ups doesn't make things happen any faster.
