The Mordax from Pro-Tech is a mid to large sized lightweight flipper that really hits the sweet spot for your EDC needs and general tasks. Designed by Ferrum Forged and superbly executed by Pro-Tech, the Mordax is a slim and pocketable blade that you can take with you pretty much everywhere, the drop point blade profile is thin enough to be a great slicer yet still take on tough work. The blade rolls on a bearing system for a lightning fast and snappy action and features a button lock for easy manipulation. The butt-end features a machined lanyard hole for attaching a lanyard or bead.
The Frame: Aircraft grade aluminum with a black anodized finish and matching black hardware and pocket clip.
The Blade: Classic drop point blade profile with a black DLC finish.
For those unfamiliar with button locks: This is not an automatic knife. The button is just the locking system. It does not need to be pressed to deploy the blade. It is just pressed to unlock the blade in order to close it.
