The folks over at RMJ Tactical specialize in making kicka$$ tomahawks and gear, for all sorts of situations and scenarios. The Pathfinder, originally called the Active Shooter was designed to fit the role of a smaller breaching axe with a less agressive look. Starting with the head, the Pathfinder has a versatile design to pack a ton of features in the small frame. The Pathfinder features a sharpened bottom edge for pull cutting, but the notched beard still allows you to choke up and get a hand behind the edge. The rear end features a distal-tapered spike. This gives you a ton of cutting options for a versatile tool. The semi-bearded design lets you get a high grip on the stem for more control in finer work and is suitable for a wide range of tasks whether you're camping, breaching, or some other unforseen event. The beveled G10 grips are held on with RMJ's in house produced bronze anodized titanium hardware and feature Monkey Edge FRAG Pattern for extra grip without being aggressive. The axe features a Cerakote finish for corrosion resistance. Comes with a bottom-eject molded kydex sheath and Low-Ride M.O.C. straps.
