The Aigo from Kiku Matsuda's son is a large general-purpose combat/field knife. The aggressive modified clip point profile blade has a Hamaguri-ba (convex zero-grind) bevel and upper swedge ground from 14C28N for excellent edge retention. This puts more strength and weight behind the edge while maintaining a sharp point and excellent cutting ability. The Aigo is ground from .170 inch thick stock, for a stout yet slicy blade. The handle features jimping all the way around for better control during finer cutting tasks. The purple G10 handles are sculpted to help the knife stay put during hard use and has inet glow inlays in the shape of paws on the handle Comes in a molded kydex sheath and DOTS Mount.
