Kiku Matsuda's SUWA is a compact carry and skinning blade, perfect for your EDC needs when you prefer a fixed blade. The drop point profile blade has a Hamaguri-ba (convex zero-grind) bevel and upper swedge, ground from .155 inch thick SPG2 "Super Gold' core damascus. This puts more strength and weight behind the edge, allowing for a thinner blade stock that still has plenty of strength. The drop point profile is well balanced for a variety of tasks. The spine has extra jimping for better control during finer cutting tasks. The G10 handles are sculpted to help the knife stay put during hard use. Comes in a molded kydex sheath ready for your preferred mounting solution.
