Kiku Matsuda's Yamaboshi takes on a smaller carry/back-up blade role, with a lighter overall build without skimping on toughness or utility thats suited for keeping on you all day. The drop point profile blade has a hollow ground bevel, allowing for a thinner blade stock that still has plenty of strength. The Baika is ground from OU-31 for excellent edge retention. The spine has extra jimping for better control during finer cutting tasks. The G10 handles are countoured and help fill the hand providing a comfortable and secure grip during usage. Comes in a molded kydex sheath thats ready for your preferred mounting solution.
